    All sales are final. Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your Baby Name Report has been generated and delivered.

  If you did not receive your report, please check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@babynamestory.store and we'll resend it promptly.

  If there was an error on our end (wrong name generated, technical issue with the file), we'll make it right at no extra cost.
